For general enquiries, you can complete the form below with your query and we'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Please note that we cannot give advice about specific symptoms or infections, this email box is managed by non-clinical staff and clinical information will not be responded to. We suggest that you do not give details of any issues of a personal nature (you can read our privacy policy here).

Monday to Thursday - 8:15am to 5:00pm

Friday - 8:15am to 3:30pm

Saturday - Closed

17 and Under Text Service

If you are aged 17 and under you can text us on 0797 377 5692. We'll reply to you between 8:15am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please include your full name, date of birth, and address when you send us a text.

This week is National HIV Testing Week. Your body, your sexual health, your wellbeing – looking after them starts with you. We have the tools to stop HIV: testing, treatment, condoms and PrEP. Each of us can play our part. Be part of the generation that stops HIV. During HIV Testing Week, you can order a free home testing kit. It's quick, easy, and discreet, and you get your result within just 15 minutes. There's also an option for a lab test. Visit the link for more information - https://freetesting.hiv/. We offer HIV testing at YorSexual Health as part of our STI screening service. If you miss out or are not eligible for ordering a free home testing kit, you can book into one of our 15 minute Test and Go (TAG) clinics, attend a walk in clinic (see details on our website), or if you're concerned you have STI symptoms, you can book into one of our nurse clinics. #HIVTestingWeek
