Emergencies when clinic is closed – If you are experiencing severe pain please telephone NHS 111, for help and information 24 hours a day 365 days a year or attend the nearest A&E department.

We have clinics across the whole of North Yorkshire and York which offer a full range of specialist sexual health and contraception services.

To make an appointment contact our central booking and information line on 01904721111 (open from 8.15am until 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.15am - 3.30pm on Fridays). Some of our smaller clinics don’t currently offer all services. Please ring our central booking line 01904721111 before you attend to check that the service you need is available.

If you are aged 17 and under, you can text us on 07973775692 to make an appointment Monday-Thursday 8.15am-5pm and Friday 8.15am-3.30pm. We currently hold walk in clinics for young people aged 17 and under at Catterick, Scarborough and York. Please click on these clinics for days and times of these clinics.

Your GP and Practice Nurse can also offer you a range of free and confidential sexual health care and contraception – contact your local practice to find out what is available.

You said 🗣️ We listened👂🏼 You can now book routine appointments with YorSexual Health up to two weeks in advance. We continue to have urgent access available for those who need it. 📞 To book an appointment, call our central bookings team on 01904 721111. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, and similar to your GP, you'll be placed in a queue and your call will be answered as soon as possible. 📱If you're 17 years old or under, you can text our young persons team on 0797 377 5692 to book an appointment. Text us anytime and we'll reply during office hours. 🚶‍♀️If you're 17 years old or under, you can also attend a young persons walk in. These are on a Tuesday from 4pm - 6:30pm at 📍Monkgate, York;📍Northway, Scarborough;📍Heatherdene, Harrogate (this is an all ages walk in) and📍Citizens Advice Bureau, Northallerton (from 3:30-6:30pm for those 19 and under) ⛔ If you have an appointment you no longer need, please text CANCEL to 07984 447363. Today is National Exploitation Awareness Day. Exploitation can happen to any child, anywhere. It can be tricky for parents, carers and frontline professionals to differentiate between ordinary teenage behaviour and the risk of/abuse by exploitation.
